Own your ride. Pay small small.
From a motorcycle to a car, THPC finances the vehicle you need to work, and lets you pay for it in instalments you can actually manage — weekly, at a pace built around your income, not a bank's calendar.

Four steps from application to ownership
No collateral chase, no long queues at a bank. Just a clear agreement and a repayment plan built for how you actually earn.
Choose your vehicle
Motorcycle, tricycle, or car — tell us what you need it for and we match you to the right unit and price.
Submit your documents
Valid ID, proof of address, and guarantor details, so the agreement is properly documented from the start.
Pay your deposit
A modest upfront deposit gets the agreement signed and the vehicle assigned to you.
Pay weekly, own it
Fixed weekly instalments until your plan is complete — then ownership transfers fully to you.
What you'll typically need
Bring these when you apply so your assessment moves quickly:
- A valid means of identification (National ID, driver's licence, voter's card, or international passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill or similar, recent)
- A guarantor who can vouch for you, with their own valid ID
- Passport photographs
- A valid licence for the vehicle class, if financing a motorcycle, tricycle, or car for commercial use
If a payment is missed
Life happens. Talk to us before a payment is due, not after — we'd rather work out a short adjustment with you than let an account fall silent. Persistent default is handled according to the terms set out in your signed agreement.
Built for every kind of road hustle
Whichever vehicle earns you a living, we have a hire purchase plan sized for it. Exact pricing and deposit depend on the specific unit and your repayment assessment.

Get a rough weekly repayment estimate
Ask us for the price of the vehicle you're interested in, then enter it below along with a deposit and repayment period to see roughly what your weekly payment could look like.
This is a simple, no-frills estimate — price minus deposit, spread evenly across the weeks. It doesn't include any service fee, which will be confirmed with you during your application.
An agreement you can actually read and trust
Hire purchase has a bad name in some quarters because of operators who aren't upfront. Here's how we do it differently.
Transparent terms
Your deposit, weekly amount, and total repayment period are spelled out in the agreement before you sign — not adjusted afterward.
No hidden charges
What's in your agreement is what you pay. Any additional fee is disclosed upfront, not buried in fine print.
Repayment built around you
Weekly instalments sized to how riders, drivers, and everyday earners actually get paid — not a rigid bank schedule.
Full ownership at the end
Complete your plan and the vehicle is yours outright, with no further claim from THPC.
Questions we hear often
Do I need to pay the full price upfront?
No. You pay a deposit to start, then the balance in fixed weekly instalments over an agreed period, as set out in your hire purchase agreement.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, for most plans. A guarantor gives us — and you — extra assurance that the agreement is on solid footing.
Who actually owns the vehicle while I'm still paying?
THPC retains ownership until your hire purchase plan is fully paid. Once the final instalment clears, ownership transfers to you.
Can I finance a vehicle outside Warri or Delta State?
Get in touch and let us know your location — we'll confirm whether we can arrange a plan for you.
Is THPC a licensed, legitimate company?
Yes. THPC Nig Ltd is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, is a member of the Association of Motor Dealers of Nigeria, and is registered with SCUML, the EFCC's anti-money laundering compliance unit.
Can I finance a vehicle for my staff, or as a fleet/group plan?
Yes — get in touch and let us know how many vehicles and what they'll be used for, and we'll work out a group plan tailored to your business.
Who's responsible for insurance and maintenance while I'm still paying?
Upon approval, THPC completes the necessary registration for your vehicle, allowing you to begin operating immediately. Ongoing maintenance and repairs are the rider's responsibility throughout the repayment period, as you are the vehicle's primary user — full ownership transfers to you once repayment is complete. To support you with unexpected repair costs, a modest amount is added to your weekly repayment and held as a dedicated savings fund on your behalf. Should a repair need arise during your plan, you may draw from this fund. If it remains unused, you receive the full balance at the end of your contract, less a 20% administrative fee retained by THPC for managing the fund on your behalf. For example: if ₦7,000 extra is added to your weekly repayment for 50 weeks, that's ₦350,000 saved. If you don't need to draw from it, you'd receive ₦280,000 at the end of your contract, with THPC retaining ₦70,000 (20%) for managing the fund.
What happens if I miss a payment, or the vehicle is damaged, lost, or stolen?
You get a short grace period and a reminder call/message first — we'd always rather work out a new plan with you than take further action. If payments remain unresolved after the grace period, we'll follow up directly with you and your guarantor, as set out in your signed agreement. Separately, if the vehicle is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen due to negligence on your part, you're responsible for its cost; if you can't be reached, this responsibility passes to your guarantor. Repayment and Vehicle Care Policy
This section sets out THPC Nig Ltd's policy on missed payments and vehicle care. It supplements, and does not replace, the hire purchase agreement you sign with THPC — where the two differ, your signed agreement governs.
If a payment is missed
Grace period. Payments are due weekly as agreed. A grace period of 3 days is allowed after the due date before a payment is treated as missed. Please contact us before this window closes if you anticipate a delay — we would rather adjust with you than record a default.
First missed payment. You will receive a reminder by phone and SMS/WhatsApp. No penalty applies at this stage provided you respond and agree a catch-up plan promptly.
Continued default. If the outstanding sum remains unpaid after the 3-day grace period with no resolution agreed, THPC will follow up directly with you and your guarantor to work out a resolution, as set out in your signed hire purchase agreement.
Duty of care, damage, loss, and theft
The hire-purchaser is required to exercise due diligence and reasonable care in the use and custody of the vehicle throughout the repayment period.
Where negligence on the part of the hire-purchaser results in an accident causing damage beyond repair, or in the loss or theft of the vehicle, the hire-purchaser shall be liable to repay the full cost of the vehicle.
Where the hire-purchaser absconds, the guarantor shall be held responsible for settling the outstanding sum on the hire-purchaser's behalf, as agreed at the commencement of the hire purchase arrangement.
Failure to settle the outstanding balance will be handled in line with the terms of your signed hire purchase agreement.
Maintenance, repairs, and the savings fund
Worked example: if ₦7,000 extra is added to your weekly repayment for 50 weeks, that comes to ₦350,000 saved. If unused, you'd receive ₦280,000 at the end of your contract, with THPC retaining ₦70,000 (20%) for managing the fund. The actual weekly amount added is confirmed with you during your application.

Our AMDON membership and SCUML compliance certificates are available for you to inspect at our office, or we can send scanned copies on request before you commit to anything.

Started in Warri, built for the everyday earner
THPC exists because owning a working vehicle shouldn't depend on having the full price saved up first. Whether that's a motorcycle to start a delivery round or a car for the family, we structure a plan around your income and stand behind it with proper registration — CAC, AMDON, and SCUML — so the agreement is as solid as the road ahead.
How you'll pay each week
Once your plan is approved, your weekly payment can be made through any of the following:
Pay directly into THPC's business account. Account details are shared once your plan is approved, and every payment is confirmed back to you.
If you're closer to a POS agent than a bank, you can pay that way — just make sure to send us a photo of the receipt so it's recorded against your account.
Whichever way you pay, always confirm your payment was received — message us on WhatsApp with your name and the amount paid so it's reflected on your account promptly.
Apply for a vehicle plan
Tell us what you need and where you're based. We'll get back to you on WhatsApp or by phone, usually the same day, to talk through deposit and weekly repayment options.
This form doesn't submit automatically to a database — tapping "Send application" opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled so you can send it straight to our team. Prefer email? Use the button below it instead.
Guarantor Form
Every plan requires a guarantor. Fill this out on screen and print it, or print it blank and fill it by hand — either way, bring it along when you meet our team.
Ready to put a vehicle plan together?
